  10.   Help              Displays this help information.
  11.  
  12.   List Accounts     Allows you to view a brief listing of other user accounts.
  13.                     This is good for obtaining the spelling of a user name in
  14.                     case you'd like to use the Transfer Time feature.
  15.  
  16.   Deposit Time      Allows you to deposit time into your account for use at a
  17.                     later date.  The Sysop defines how much time a user may
  18.                     deposit per day.  If you attempt to exceed this amount,
  19.                     RATS will tell you about it.
  20.  
  21.                     Also, you may not deposit your full time remaining balance.
  22.                     You may deposit all but 5 minutes of your online time or
  23.                     until maximum defined deposit is reached (whichever comes
  24.                     first).

  26.   Withdraw Time     Allows you to withdraw time from your account.  The Sysop
  27.                     defines how much time a user may withdraw per day.  If you
  28.                     attempt to withdraw more than this amount, RATS will tell
  29.                     you about it.

  31.                     Also, you may not withdraw an amount of time that would
  32.                     allow you to over-step an upcoming System Event.  RATS
  33.                     will keep track of this as well.

  36.   Transfer Time     Allows you to transfer time from your account to another
  37.                     user's account.  This time is drawn out of your current
  38.                     balance, NOT your online time remaining.  The Sysop defines
  39.                     how much time you can transfer per day.

  41.                     Any user who has time transferred to their account, will
  42.                     receive a brief message the next time they logon informing
  43.                     them who transferred the time, and how much time was
  44.                     transferred.

  46.   Deposit K-bytes   Allows you to deposit kilobytes for use at a later date.
  47.                     If the maximum depositable k-bytes are defined at 200,
  48.                     and you have not already downloaded any of this K, then
  49.                     200 k-bytes will be available for deposit.  If you have
  50.                     already downloaded some kilobytes, then the maximum that
  51.                     you can deposit will be the maximum defined value minus
  52.                     the number of kilobytes you have already downloaded on
  53.                     that day.

  55.   Withdraw K-bytes  Allows you to withdraw kilobytes that were previously
  56.                     saved.

  58.   Transfer K-Bytes  Allows you to transfer bytes from your account to another
  59.                     user's account.  K-Bytes are drawn out of your current
  60.                     balance, so you must havve K-Bytes stored in the bank.
  61.                     The Sysop defines how much time you can transfer per day.

  63.                     Any user who has bytes transferred to their account, will
  64.                     receive a brief message the next time they logon informing
  65.                     them who transferred the bytes, and how many K-Bytes were
  66.                     transferred.

  68.   Purchase K-bytes  Allows you to purchase kilobytes with time you have
  69.                     previously banked.  The exchange rate and daily number
  70.                     of K-bytes you can purchase in a day are defined by the
  71.                     Sysop.

  73.   Display BankBook  You may view all of your transactions for the previous
  74.                     seven days.

  76.   Credit Department If you wish to Borrow Time or K-Bytes, that the SysOp has
  77.                     these features enabled, you may borrow a predefined amount
  78.                     of Time or KBytes from the bank.  There is a one time
  79.                     interest charge, defined by the SysOp, and it is added to
  80.                     the amount of your loan. Example, say interest rate is 10%
  81.                     and you borrow 100 minutes. You will owe the bank 110 min.
  82.                     If you owe the bank Time or KBytes, then it will show up
  83.                     as a number in brackets beside your balance on the main
  84.                     screen. You may Pay Back the loan from this menu as well.
